The meats used are certified for human consumption and sourced from Canadian establishments—including facilities in Quebec—that hold all required permits from the MAPAQ (Quebec Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food). These establishments are also regulated by the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency), ensuring compliance with all applicable food safety and quality standards.
The fish offered are fresh and of the same quality as those found in grocery stores, ensuring a healthy, safe, and appropriate diet for your pets.

Refund and exchange policy
— Frozen raw meat
Due to the perishable nature of frozen raw meat and for food safety reasons, no refunds or exchanges are accepted once the product has been sold and left our facilities.

All sales of frozen raw meat are final.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for a product that has been:

thawed, even partially

handled or stored outside of our control

purchased by mistake or deemed unsuitable after purchase

An exchange or refund will only be considered in the following cases:

Error in the order (wrong product delivered)
👉 The problem must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting evidence (photo and description).

It is the customer's responsibility to:

Check your order upon delivery

Ensure proper transport (cold chain)

Store the products in the freezer as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, inadequate transport or improper storage after delivery of the product.

Delivery is only made on the first Wednesday of each month between 6pm and 8pm.
