Submit your videos
VIRTUAL:
Video length: Between 4 and 8 minutes for most missions, although this varies depending on the level and how well the dog performs the exercises. Videos must be submitted via the Completed Missions page.
Execution of exercises: The missions must be carried out in order and correctly on the first attempt.
Filming the video:
You can use a tripod, a stand, or ask an assistant to film you.
The missions (exercises) must be in a single video.
The tasks must be completed correctly from the first video submission. If you do not qualify, you will have to resubmit your video according to the fees indicated in the Rosetterie .
Camera configuration:
The quality of the video and sound should allow for the evaluation of the research.
The teacher cannot hold the camera or carry a camera (GoPro).
The dog must be visible at all times. Any momentary departure from the field of vision would be at the judge's discretion and could be contested.
If the dog is momentarily out of sight, the owner MUST be visible.
To fully judge the team, the handler's entire body must be visible to the camera for the majority of the trials. Occasionally, a portion of your body may be outside the frame. We understand that the handler may step out of the camera's view for short periods to avoid obstructing their dog or due to camera placement limitations.
No video speed-up is allowed.
Music added over the video is not allowed so that the judge can properly assess the case.
In sports odor detection; A photo attached to the video of each exercise showing the location of the odor hiding place and each distraction must be visible.
Repeat the tests : If several attempts are necessary, this may indicate that the dog is not yet ready. In this case, it is advisable to return to training to reinforce the missing skills. The most important thing is to ensure that the dog is well prepared and that the exercises are carried out without errors, while respecting the instructions.
Remember, even if your dog has skills superior to the first level, each level must be completed to be eligible for the next level.
